本次分享上周手术4例。2例腹膜后肿瘤，1例肝癌，外加1例单孔胆囊。
案例一：女性患者，26岁。后腹膜巨大占位，术前考虑畸胎瘤，直径约25cm。腹腔镜后腹膜肿瘤切除，肿瘤压迫右侧肾脏，右侧肾蒂，肝下下腔静脉，左肾静脉和右侧肝门，肿瘤质地硬。
