Abstract
BackgroundandAim:Gallbladderpolyps(GBPs)appeartobestronglyassociatedwithobesityandmetabolicdisease.Todate,therelationshipbetweenGBPsandfattyliverhasnotbeenadequatelyevaluated.TheaimofthepresentstudywastoinvestigatewhetherGBPsareassociatedwithfattyliver,whichisanectopicregionalfatdeposit,independentofvisceraladiposetissue(VAT).
